Hello, My name is Debbie Borus and I am a home stager, decorator and organizer based out of Tinley Park, Illinois. My passion for decorating and love of helping others has led my life in this direction. I'd love to hear from you and see what I can do to help you, and we can both celebrate a success story.

Home staging also known as house fluffing is an up and coming trend for home sellers.  With all the television shows about homes being rehabilitated and sold at profit, the awareness of creating the "perfect" home to sell is imperative to home sellers.  The technique of home staging is an extremely beneficial tool that many are using to get that extra edge in this market.

Consider the following:

    * Most cannot afford the cost of their home being on the market for an extended period of time and then having to continually reduce the price because they feel perhaps their house is not selling because of the price.  This is where home staging comes into play.

    * Home staging is what will set your home apart from all the others.

    * Home staging is assessing, decluttering, cleaning, rearranging furniture and/or art work.

    * While some homes may need some fresh paint and minor repairs, this is not true of all homes.

    * Homes are purchased on emotions.  When your house is properly prepared down to that last detail you will have those potential buyers coming through thinking "this is the house, I absolutely love it."

    * Home staging creates that warm and welcoming atmosphere, whether we do the work or we give you the advice and you do the work.

Obviously, home staging is not the only factor in selling your home, but it can make the difference whether you sell quickly for your listed price or sit on the market continually reducing the price.

Home stagers are not here to come into your home and judge or criticize how you live. We are simply a helping hand for those in need who are trying to sell their home in this tough market. We understand that selling a home is a very exciting, but stressful, time. Our goal is to take some of that pressure off you.

Being taught by renowned home stager, Debra Gould, also known as "The Staging Diva", (who you can read about at the Staging Diva website, www.stagingdiva.com or www.sixelements.com). I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that I can help in any situation, whether it be staging a home for sale, organization in your home or simply helping you redesign and/or decorate.
